Online Air Transaction Service Fees
On most airfares, a service fee up to INR 5,000 is charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis.

Service fees will be approximately converted to your local currency. Please be aware that all transaction service fees are non-refundable and may be subject to change without prior notice. Additional Tax Service Fees imposed by the government may also change. The final total amount displayed on the payment page will be the only amount charged. Service fees apply to all passenger types, including adults, seniors, children, infants, students, and military personnel.

Exceptions to the above-quoted service fees:

  • Business and First-class ticket bookings: Service fees of up to INR 10,000 per passenger will apply.
  • Online booking of vacation packages: Service fees of up to INR 5,000 per passenger will apply.
  • Multi-city and Open-jaw ticket bookings: Service fees of up to INR 10,000 per passenger will apply.
  • Multi-airline trips to cities with high fraud rates: Service fees of up to INR 5,000 per passenger will apply.
  • Booking for nearby airports and alternate dates: Service fees of up to INR 5,000 per passenger will apply.
  • Value deals or fusion fares: Service fees of up to INR 5,000 per passenger will apply.
  • Unaccompanied Minor ticket bookings: Service fees of up to INR 10,000 per passenger will apply.

Service fees for contact center service bookings, including multi-stop and round-the-world itineraries, may incur additional fees compared to online bookings. These fees can range from INR 1,000 to INR 10,000 per passenger (up to INR 10,000 for senior citizens) and may include premium package benefits.
